Many cyclists at first blush don't think of the aches and pains on the bike (for some of us it's very hard to ignore, though :-)) So think about your last 10 or 15 bike rides. Are you having any of the following issues?
Remember pain isn't normal. "Toughing it out" is acceptable only when it comes to exertion and effort. You shouldn't hurt when you're just riding easily.
